| We are sorry. No you cannot. We have to prepare for next guests. A hot
spring bath is close to ISLAND. It's only 3 min. walk. Fee:600 yen. |

| Yes, There are several hot springs. |
| Is it possible that check in before check in time or check out after check out time ? |
| If you want to check in slightly before check in time, that is OK. Please
let us know that. please vacate a guest room after check out time. we must
make rooms up. However, you can stay at ISLAND until you want. |
| Is there any bank around Hirafu village ? |
| Yes, Hokuyo bank is at Kutchan downtown ,10 mins. drive. Also an ATM is in Seico Mart ,7mins on foot. |
| Are there bathrooms in any guest room ? |
| No bathrooms in any guestroom. We have three toilets and two bath tubs
which are common use, would you please share bath tubs by turns. |
| What kinds of amenities are there in guest rooms ? |
| There is a hair dryer in every guest room. |
| Can I stay alone ? |
We will accept your booking by yourself as long as possible, however sometime we cannot, it's depend on booking situation.
